Very friendly welcome and for a studio for two very well equipped. Well positioned for walk along the very long promenade. Ideal for a seaside holiday. Studios 10 and 11, one of which we had, look onto the car park and road . Ask for golf course view.

Sound proofing of studio door could be improved.Our studio was next door to a family flat with chuldren who were allowed to run up and down the corridor all evening. The impression from the web site was that it was a complex of studios for 2 to 4 people whereas there are large family flats and a villa for a large family group.

The location was quiet, with le ptit creux nearby. A bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi. Setting very close to ocean beach and convenient access to rocher de la vierge...

The apartment offered a fantastic layout and was equipped with everything we needed during our romantic escape. the location was perfect; we were within walking distance to the sea and had easy access to excellent restaurants. We really enjoyed the spa-like bathrooms and the comfortable bed that provided us with a great sleep.

we would have appreciated more detailed instructions in English, especially for the oven.

The location is excellent, next to a golf course and then miles of beach. 5 minutes drive to biarritz. We stayed in a studio bungalow, which was small. However, the outside private garden with hottub made up for it. The swimming pool and surrounding decking area has sun loungers, which are free to use. Ample secure parking with key pad entry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitly go back!

The studio bungalow could have been cleaner. Our studio was advertised as sleeping 2-4 people. Not sure we would have been comfy with another 2 people in the same room, sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed.

Location superb once you have a car . Golf courses/tennis/sea close by .Staff very friendly and 4 room apartment superb for a family. Clean and spacious rooms with all mod cons.

Bathroom cabinets lacking and sink rather awkward for shaving . No curtain on bathroom window.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and posh residential area of Biarritz, so close to the beach. It takes just a short walking distance to reach the sea and enjoy sunbathing and swimming. the rooms are equipped with great facilities like a jacuzzi, comfortable four-poster beds and excellently designed bathrooms with spa baths. the staff offers attentive service and guides you with directions to the nearby restaurants and golf courses.

The pool isn't heated, making it uncomfortable during early seasons.

Great location. Has views of the golf course and the beach. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are both in good working order.

It's in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, and the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and outdoor area, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Parking and transportation were also very convenient, making it easy to get around this city.

All was good.

Good kitchen facilities withi the studio

No obvious way to enter the parking upon arrival - we had to ask another guess to let us in. Could not check out until 8 am. Strange and cold atmosphere. No lift.

The rooms were equipped with everything I needed for my business trip. The location was key, being close to the beach and some amazing restaurants. The host provided exceptional service and made sure all my needs were met. a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The cleaning staff was absent during my stay and I was required to empty my own trash and saw unkept gardens. The room decor was outdated and needed refurbishment.

Very quiet (22 rooms in different sizes) nice size swimmingpool and jacuzzi. just down the road from the beach. excellent to get away from hectic life. also in proximity of the spanish border (san sebastian is just 45' away)

A beautiful location, away from the "maddening crowd, with a lovely ambience. Loved the decor with a touch of the best of Indonesia ; great for those who love the sea and surf (also golf). Very welcoming and helpful consierge.
